WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  • The Certification they are certified to currently are combined 4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 as they recognised that there were various risk factors involved as part of the scope of their organisation.
  • Neil Laidler was the allocated Lead auditor and played a hands on role in scheduling the audit. They received the audit plan on time. They also received the audit report a bit early and found that the audit helped them achieve their objectives for the financial year.

  • They have had a reduction in the number of incidents since the last financial year.
  • They have also improved their customer satisfaction by 20 percent.

WHAT WAS THE CONTEXT?

  • Area 3 provide project management consultancy expertise to construction firms.
  • Their goal was to be able to achieve significant process improvement within their organisation to help expand.

WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  • They achieved certification to AS 4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 initially as they recognised that deaiing with construction risks (Manual handling, falling from height, Dust) meant they needed to ensure there were processes established for managing Safety risks.
  • Tushar as the Lead auditor spent time with Charles before the audit understanding the key pain points that they wanted to resolve through certification process. Tushar really committed to delivering a high quality Audit report that captured key improvement opportunities.

    incidents on site.

  • Capral manufacture and maintain stockholding of aluminium alloy extrusions including powder coating and anodising and value adding products.
  • They were first certified with us in 2018 to
    4801/14001:2015/9001:2015 with the focus on improving the overall safety record and achieve process improvement.

WHAT CERTIFICATION AND PROCESS WERE FOLLOWED?

  • Ian Erskine was allocated the responsibility with his extensive experience in the industry and invested in a very risk based approach recognising the High risks and reviewing the risk controls.
  • Ian delivered a substantial improvement in the number of incidents happening on site through effective value based auditing.
