How long does the Transfer Process take?
The transfer process typically takes up to 4 weeks after your first audit with us. This timeframe allows for the thorough completion and review of your audit report before we issue your new certificate and finalize the transfer.
What information do I need to provide to my previous Certification Body?
You don’t need to do anything! We manage the entire process for you. We will contact your previous CB directly to collect all required documentation, including history of non-conformances, current certificates, previous audit plans, and past audit reports. We will then issue a Transfer Certificate for you while we plan your next audit.
Can I still transfer if my Certification has lapsed?
Unfortunately, if your certificate has expired, you cannot complete a transfer. However, we can guide you through the process of obtaining a new certification.
