Sustainable Certification™ ™ is committed to the processes and the benefits to be achieved by complying with identified Legislation, Regulation, and Standards, throughout all of our operations.

 

As part of our compliance regime, we aim to:

In order to achieve this, we will:

 

  1. Design, develop, document & implement our Management Systems procedures and controls to align with requirements for accredited certification services
  2. Establish measurable objectives and targets that are reviewed regularly
  3. Assist our suppliers and partners to achieve a higher level of client satisfaction through our operations support and customer service approach.
  4. Provide adequate human, physical and financial resources
  5. Be open and honest in our dealings with others, treating all with respect in line with our values
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of our systems continually
  7. Ensure no other products or services are offered either directly or indirectly which may compromise our ability to act impartially
  8. Ensure this Policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of our organization
  9. Will continually improve our product and service offerings, whilst leading the market in functionalities and user-friendly online portal
  10. Will ensure the policy is reviewed annually (12 monthly)
